How to Change Virtual Memory Size in Windows 8

You might be aware that, the more RAM we have the more faster our PC will run but if you are on those who are facing some performance issues or having low RAM installed in your computer, then there Virtual Memory helps you to improve your PC performance or run large applications smoothly.
By default, Windows set the default virtual memory, but according to your need you can increase or decrease it, but remember- Too much or too less virtual memory can also decrease your system performance.

Change Virtual Memory Size in Windows 8-

Just follow the below given steps to increase size of Virtual Memory in windows 8 or 8.1.
1. First of all, open the System window, top open this press win key + x and then click on the System.

2. Now in System windows, click on the Advanced System Setting.
3. Here, click on Settings under Performance section.

4. Now, again click on Advanced tab and then click on change button.
5. Now, you are on Virtual Memory windows, here First un-check the box next to Automatically manage paging file size for all drivers and then click on the custom size options and specify the virtual memory size and hit set button and save the settings.
